Description

The EXPS2-2 Red Dot Sight from EOTech is a compact holographic red-dot sight designed for quick target acquisition with both eyes open. It has side buttons and a single, quick release throw lever for easy attachment and removal, and requires a single transverse-mounted CR123A battery, which allows for a shorter form factor compared to other battery versions. The sight is designed to fit on most M16/AR15 platform firearms and only requires 2.75″ of rail space. The control buttons are positioned on the side for easy operation and the reticle features a 65 MOA circle and two 1 MOA aiming dots with 20 brightness levels to choose from. The sight is submersible to a depth of 10′ and can repeat within 2 MOA after remounting. The rear window is a shatterproof laminate with anti-glare and scratch-resistant coatings, while the front lens is 1/8″ solid glass. Parallax error is not an issue due to its transmission holography-based optical system.
